Dr Ning Desiyanti is a medical doctor by profession. Her working working as a Pediatric Medical Officer in Klang GH for 6 years was her stepping stone into the lactation field. In 2009, she obtained the  International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification. Since then, she has been actively involved in supporting breastfeeding families beyond hospital setting. She is also a certified HUG teacher since  2014.

Currently, she is a Lactation Consultant and certified HUG teacher in private practice. She is also the Visiting Lactation Consultant at Baby & Beyond Child Specialist Clinic, Publika. She does home visits and conduct classes to guide young families in their breastfeeding journey and in understanding & caring for their baby.

She is also actively involved in the Malaysian Breastfeeding Peer Counsellor Association (www.mbfpca.org) as a trainer and is part of the team that plans for new programs and courses conducted by the association. This is part of her voluntary work to support a cause close to her heart as an advocate towards supporting mothers and babies.
