Dr Hairin Annisa is a mother to 4 sons with a various breastfeeding experience. She combines her experience as a mother, paediatrician and lactation consultant to give the best support to mothers. She graduated with a MBBS from University Malaya in 2001 and obtained her Masters In Paediatrics from the same university in year 2009. She is also a certified Lactation Consultant.

She is currently a lecturer at Monash University Malaysia while also offering her services as a visiting paediatrician at Pasir Gudang Soecialist Hospital and Pusat Pakar Bersalin Tebrau. She has a vast experience in the lactation support area and is one of the contributors for the Revised Module of the 20 Hour lactation Course for Health Staff  and the Module for Breastfeeding for Peer Counselor by the National Lactation Centre. She has also presented her research on Infant feeding and growth pattern from birth to 6 months old in 3rd National Paediatric Research Conference 2009 and an active speaker for various breastfeeding related topics at a local and national level.
