Carrying your baby – in a sling, wrap or other carrier – often known as ‘babywearing’, is more than just a convenient means of transport. Babies expect to be carried. This workshop serves as a platform for participants to understand more about babywearing: background information, health aspects based on latest scientific findings and how babywearing benefits both caregiver and babies. The speaker will also cover various carrying methods and carriers used.
